Welcome to the Class Action NJ blog. The general idea behind the blog is to share news, as well as both past and future cases/notes relevant to the class action practice in New Jersey although if there is a particularly interesting topic from outside the State I may choose to add that as well. Hopefully it proves useful to some other people, and if not then at least it will serve to force me to review the cases and make notes and organize them in a way that I can use later.
